Mr. Vermaak is responsible for overseeing and developing the corporation's strategy, managing key client relationships and delivering, with the, industry and advisory teams, the IFC's Oil, Gas Mining and chemicals business in Sub Saharan Africa. Mr. Vermaak previously worked at the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), where he was Head of Project & Structured Finance and Head of the Resources and Beneficiation Department.
