Gerald Cheyne is Director Corporate Development of Kalimantan Gold, an AIM and TSX.V quoted exploration company with copper and gold projects in Indonesian Borneo. Over his 25 year corporate finance career he has acted for a wide range of companies advising on mergers and acquisitions, flotations, buy-ins and buy-outs, fund-raisings and investor relations and has held senior positions at Guinness Mahon, Henderson Crosthwaite, Columbus Asset Management and Bank of Tokyo International. He has an Engineering degree from Trinity College, Cambridge and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
