Samantha is Sydney Ferries’ Manager Customer Experience and Marketing. Sydney Ferries’ patronage has grown 10% over the past 3 years as result of operational changes to attract new customers in both commuter and leisure markets and strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Samantha has 20 years experience in the transport and travel industry covering air and sea freight forwarding, airline, tourist bureaux, travel wholesalers and retailers, aviation events and with Sydney Ferries for the past 3 years. Samantha is currently studying a Masters of Transport and Logistics at Sydney University.
