Mr Les Bull, Project Director, Peninsula Link, Linking Melbourne Authority

Les Bull’s career in the road industry spans more than 40 years. After a 33 year career with VicRoads, Les joined the Linking Melbourne Authority in 2003. Les has many years experience on major road projects in both urban and rural Victoria. These include the Hume Freeway project, Western Ring Road project, Melton Bypass project and the Eastern Freeway project. Les also has a background in traffic engineering, road design and road maintenance. Les also has road industry experience in Fiji and India. Les is currently the Project Director of the Peninsula Link, a 27 km long PPP project being delivered under an Availability model.
