Mr. Rohit Bhuta joined the Board of Religare Macquarie Wealth Management as Director on June 19, 2009 and has since taken over the responsibility of the overall management of the business. Rohit Bhuta has worked with the Macquarie Group for over 18 years in various roles and geographies including Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, Hong Kong and now India. He has worked in over 7 countries and has in-depth knowledge of the financial services environment in 5. Prior to joining Macquarie Group, Rohit worked in New Zealand (2 years) and the UK (2 years). Rohit also sits on the board of Brainwave Australia, an Australian charity organization involved in assisting children with brain illnesses and their families.
