Udibowo Ciptomulyono was borned at 28 July 1953, graduated from Engineering Geology of Bandung Institute of Technology ITB, post graduate from Asian Institute of Technology AIT and ITC-TU Delft and holds business law degree from Universiy of Indonesia UI. He worked in State Owned Electricity PLN since 1978 up to his retirement in 2009, dealing with feasibility study projects of hydro, thermal and most specically in geothermal development. Recentry he is President Commissioner of PT PLN Geothermal
