Mr. Wages is Head of Private Equity at National Holding, a private investment firm based in Abu Dhabi. Overseeing the group’s private equity activities, Mr. Wages has over 20 years of private equity experience in a variety of industry sectors across North America, Europe and the MENA region. Previously, Mr. Wages served as the managing director of Gazelle Capital Advisors FZE, as the executive director for PE at Invest AD in Abu Dhabi and as a managing director of Castle Harlan in New York. Mr. Wages began his career at Oliver, Wyman & Co., New York City, a business strategy consulting firm, providing consulting services in the financial services arena. Mr. Wages holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Princeton University, USA.
