Oliver Zugel is the former CEO of Peralada and COO of Codere where he was instrumental in taking the company public on the Madrid Stock Exchange. He has been active in most Latinamerican jurisdictions since 2001 and has extensive experience in developing and operating market leading gaming businesses including casinos, bingos, slot route operations, betting shops, and online. Mr. Zugel is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Spring Capital Hispania, a gaming advisory and investment firm providing Board-level strategic, financial and operational support to gaming operators and investment funds. His original background is in PE and Strategy, as a former Managing Director of Michael Porter's Monitor Group, and he holds a First Class Honors Degree in Economics from LSE.
