LLB at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Minor in Economics and Finance at Universidad de Chile and LLM at Georgetown University Law Center (US), Mr. Silva is the head of the Legal Department at the Superintendencia de Casinos de Juego, the Chilean Regulatory and Enforcement Agency for the casino industry. Prior to this position, he has served at the Environmental Enforcement Agency and at the Antitrust Enforcement Agency of his country.
