High level strategy and opportunity for Latin America's gaming executives

Alfonso has been involved in Latin America business for many years, as an investor and as a business developer. He has been responsible for the development of investment strategies for Deutsche Bank, Mizuho and Axon Capital in the energy and infrastructure industries across the whole region, in where a lot of deals were strictly linked to government financing, from where he developed deep relationships with regional governments. In the gambling space, Alfonso has been linked to the online Latin American sector since the industry starts, first as Head of Business and Corporate Development in the region, for BWIN INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT, and later on for BWIN.PARTY. Also he has been advising some other internet gambling groups in their Latam strategy and specific market penetration such as the former PARTYGAMING PLC, BETBULL and others. Alfonso is involved in other spaces of the digital entertainment industry, such as the Video on Demand, in where he is an investor, board member and advisor for the business strategy in Latam for WUAKI.TV.
Alfonso is an Economist and lectures in several Business schools such as Instituto de Empresa or Instituto de Estudios Bursatiles.
