Mr Yoni Shemesh | CIO Tel Aviv Stock Exchange
Mr. Shemesh was appointed as Executive Vice President & Deputy CEO of TASE, on August 2010. Mr. Shemesh also holds his present position as CIO and head of Operations since 2006
Over the last two decades, Mr. Shemesh has led the key strategic developments that have brought the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange to the forefront of the Capital Market Industry. Mr. Shemesh has initiated major projects that include, among others, electronic trading, advanced clearing and settlement systems, derivatives market and communication and infrastructure systems of the Exchange.
Prior to joining the Exchange, Mr. Shemesh served as a Consultant in the Insurance and Military Industries
Mr. Shemesh holds a B.A. in Political Science from the Tel Aviv University and has attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, U.S.A.
