Mustafa Baltacı | Executive Vice Chairman İstanbul Menkul Kıymetler Borsası
Mr. Baltacı has a previous experience with Turkish Prime Ministry at various positions for almost thirteen years. He worked at the Governance Department of the World Bank in 2005-2006, headed the Regulatory Reform Group between 2006 and 2009, worked as an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister for Economy in 2008 and 2009, and Audit Board member of Ziraat Bank between 2007 and 2009. Mr. Baltaci is Executive Vice Chairman of İMKB since June 2010 and the Secretary General of the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges since January 2011. He has bachelor’s degree from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, master’s degree in government and diploma in financial management from University of Pennsylvania.
