4. Professor of Banking Organization Law-Graduate studies- at the law Faculty of St.Joseph University.
5. Legal experience in major fields of domestic and international law : Business and Corporate law, International Contract and Finance, Banking , Communications, International Construction and Consultancy Contracts, Intellectual Property, Arbitration, Administrative law, Islamic law.
6. Former member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
7. Member and Vice Chairman of the Beirut Stock Exchange since 1999. Currently Acting Chairman since September 2009
