Maximising production from mature and heavy oil fields

Ali has been working for PDO since completion of his PhD degree from Imperial College, the University of London in 1993. He has worked on several technical and leadership position including; well site petroleum engineer, reservoir engineering and asset leader.
Ali was cross-posted to SPDC Nigeria where he worked for four and a half years. The first two years were in the integrated study team and later as the subsurface team leader for a large integrated re-development project.
He returned to PDO in July 2002 where he later took the role as the Cluster Leader. In 2007 he took over as the Study centre manager where he oversees the Frond-End Hydrocarbon projects developments.
Currently, he is the Petroleum Engineering Director.
