Nova Biomedical is the world leader in biosensor technology. Nova used this advanced technology to develop the BioProfile® series of multi-test analysers for cell culture process development, pilot and production applications. The modular all-in-one BioProfile FLEX simultaneously measures up to 16 cell culture attributes, including key chemistries, cell density/viability, osmolality and IgG or phosphate, providing a total picture of cell culture activity on one platform. BioProfile’s comprehensive test menu consolidates up to six instruments and measurement techniques into one analyser, dramatically decreasing labour, capital and reagent costs.

BioProfile FLEX products provide bidirectional, plug-and-play connectivity with OPC-compliant systems, including bioreactor controller systems, data historians and plant management systems. The optional Online Autosampler connects BioProfile FLEX to as many as10 bioreactors, providing automated sampling and analysis at user selectable frequency. The optional Sample Retain Collection System (SRCS) is used with the Online Autosampler for automated collection and refrigerated storage of bioreactor samples for further testing.
