Mr.Butun has studied Management Information Systems at Bogazici University, Turkey. He has worked for GSM companies simultaneously Turkcell and Avea as Senior Business Analyst, Account Manager and Project Manager positions in Turkey. In telecommunication area, his main responsibilities and achievements were in Campaign Management Systems, Customer Services, Loyalty – Retention projects. He has been working as Head of Business Development & CRM Programme since 2010 in Turkish Airlines Inc.
