Mr Steven Macheve, Director, Tshwane Municipality

STEVEN Z MACHEVE Steven Z Macheve is a Director with City of Tshwane responsible for Transport and Roads Infrastructure Asset Management. He is currently involved in two strategic projects within the City, i.e. Development and Implementation of Integrated Maintenance Framework as well as Development and Implementation of the Parking Bay Levy Concept. The Integrated Maintenance Framework is aimed at developing a framework whereby City of Tshwane will be able to conduct its budgeting process from a central point across all its Infrastructure services thereby eliminate elements and risks of duplications, wastage and overlaps in delivering services to its communities. The Parking Bay Levy concept is aimed at generating revenue for the city towards maintenance and upgrading of Transport and Roads Infrastructure through a user pay principle. Steven Z Macheve holds a Bsc Honors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pretoria in South Africa, where he was honored with a Golden Key award for best performance.
