Judging the Awards
All categories, with the exception of The Users' Choice and CEO of the Year, are awarded based on the decision of an independent panel of judges. They determine their decision purely on the basis of the submission from the entrant or nominee.
The Users' Choice and CEO of the Year are awarded to the individual who receives the most votes via an online poll hosted by Total Telecom Online. The shortlist is determined by the editorial teams of Total Telecom.
Judging Process

All nominations for each category will be forwarded to the judging panel for them to review.
Selections for the highly commended and the short list for each category, will be made from what the entries portray in their entry submissions.
At the Awards Dinner the judges' rationale for selecting the winner will be announced and each winner will receive an engraved award from Total Telecom.

He is recognised as a thought leader on a wide range of telecoms issues gained through more than 30 years experience spanning industry, regulatory and consulting domains. Prior to Plum Tony worked in the research and consulting field at Ovum and then with Analysys Mason. Tony’s industry experience was gained through 18 years with BT followed by 2 years working for the UK telecommunications regulator Oftel.
