Mr. Manuel Mutale,
Managing Director
Mulonga Water and Sewerage Company

Manuel Mutale is currently working as Managing Director of Mulonga Water and Sewerage Company Ltd, (MWSCL) a regional utility Company in Zambia.

Since joining the Company as Finance Manager in October 2004, and subsequently being promoted to Managing Director in 2006, Manuel has achieved a number of goals at the Water Utility Company.

Key among these is the increase in monthly Turnover cost control measures, and continued commercialization process.

Prior to joining MWSCL, Manuel worked for KPMG, a firm of Chartered Accountants in Zambia.

Manuel has also worked for a Manufacturing Company called TAP Building Products Ltd for five years.

Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of Zambia. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants – UK (FCCA) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (FZICA).

He is also a member of the Institute of Directors Zambia. He has also attended a SIDA
sponsored course in Strategic Business Management in Sweden. Manuel holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the Edinburgh Business School
