Eng Kenneth Chense is the Director Operations at Nkana Water and Sewerage Company in Zambia. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is also qualified to MBA. He has vast experience in construction and maintenance of civil engineering structures in the mining industry and the water sector, spanning over twenty years. His experience includes implementation of infrastructure projects financed by the World Bank and the African Development Bank. He has been instrumental in championing the strategic performance enhancement programs at Nkana Water Sewerage Company. Eng Chense has been at the core of the team to increase the revenue collection efficiency at NWSC from 63% in 2009 to 85% in 2011.
