Humberto Matsuda é o sócio responsável pelos fundos de Venture Capital da Performa Investimentos. Possui MBA em Finanças, Comunicação e Relações com Investidores pela FIPECAFI (Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuariais e Financeiras) e é graduado pela Faculdade de Direito do Largo de São Francisco (Direito USP). Além disso, é membro do Comitê de Empreendedorismo, Inovação e Capital Semente (CEICS) da Associação Brasileira de Venture Capital e Private Equity (ABVCAP). Possui 12 anos de experiência empresarial e desde 2007 se especializa na gestão de investimentos de Venture Capital¸em especial, investimentos de capital semente e inovaç~zo tecnológica.

Humberto Matsuda is a partner at Performa Investimentos, where he is responsible for the management of Venture Capital Funds. He holds a MBA degree in Finance, Marketing and Investor Relations from Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuariais e Financeiras (FIPECAFI) and a bachelor degree in Law from Universidade de São Paulo (Direito USP), being enrolled with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and is also a member of the Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Seed Capital Committee (CEICS) at the Brazilian Venture Capital Association (ABVCAP). He has over 12 years of industry practice and since 2007 has been focused on managing Venture Capital Funds, primarily on Seed Capital and Early Stage investments.
