Mr. Zhao is Head of China at Partners Group, responsible for the company's operation and business in the China market. Before, he worked at both Partners Group's headquarters in Switzerland and its Beijing office. Prior to joining Partners Group, Mr. Zhao worked as an attorney in the Chicago office of the global law firm, engaging in private equity fund practice and certain China-related businesses. Before moving to US, he worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China and a private company for years. Mr. Zhao graduated from Peking University of China, and also obtained a MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management and a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Law School. He is qualified to practice law in Illinois US.
