First African Gold Ltd is a private equity financed exploration and development company focused on Africa's abundant gold, copper, cobalt, tin and tungsten resources.

First African is currently working on developing initial exploration programs for its flagship gold project in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) as well as its two gold projects in Ghana.

The Company has incorporated operating companies in both the DRC and Ghana. First African is committed to fund the operating companies as needed to undertake exploration activities in accordance to approved budgets and work program commitments.

First African Gold is also actively looking to expand its portfolio of assets through the acquisition of additional strategic gold-related prospects in Africa under the leadership of an experienced mining focused management team.
