Richard Dalidowicz works as Senior Manager of Investments for AustralianSuper, an industry superannuation fund managing about $40 billion. Prior to joining AustralianSuper he worked for Funds SA, a South Australian government superannuation funds management corporation, in a similar role. He has 20 years of practical investment experience in the investment industry. Richard is responsible for managing the Australian equities portfolio of $13 billion and the global equities portfolio of $9.0 billion for AustralianSuper. Key aspects of the role involve improving the performance of the portfolios and developing new strategies and evaluating the investment environment for opportunities. AustralianSuper's Australian equities and global equities portfolios comprise 9 and 10 external equities fund managers respectively, managing a range of portfolios including index, broad active mandates and specialist mandates of emerging markets and small companies. Richard contributes to the management of AustralianSuper’s overall portfolio. He has experience in other investments of fixed income, property and private equity.
