Will Honeybourne, Managing Director, joined First Reserve in 1999. Mr. Honeybourne's responsibilities include investment origination, structuring, monitoring, and strategic growth assistance with particular emphasis on upstream oil and gas, the equipment, manufacturing and services sector, and international markets. Prior to joining First Reserve, Mr. Honeybourne served as a senior executive in a number of leading oilfield service companies with worldwide operations. In addition to serving on the boards of various E&P and oilfield services portfolio companies in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Singapore and Brazil, Mr. Honeybourne served as a Director of Hong Kong listed CNOOC Ltd. He currently serves as a Director on the boards of Acteon Group Limited (UK), Barra Energia Petro?leo e Ga?s (Brazil), Exterran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EXH), KrisEnergy Pte Limited (Singapore), and the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association. Mr. Honeybourne holds a BSc in Oil Technology from Imperial College, London University, and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Society of Exploration Geophysicists.
