Ricardo Arantes joined Intel Capital in 2003. Before Intel, Ricardo worked as an Investment Director for Eccelera, a VC fund controlled by The Cisneros Group. Prior to Eccelera, he was a Director at Latintech Capital, a VC fund focused in technology investments in Latin America. Beofre that, Ricardo was the Head of Equities Trading for Latinvest Asset Management, a money management firm that focused its investments in Latin American equities. Ricardo is a board observer at Digitron, Automatos and Certisign, and he also invested in Sonda (IPO 2006). Ricardo has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Business and Public Administration from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil.
