Pedro Rudge (34) is a Founding Partner of Leblon. Pedro has 14 years of experience with Brazilian Equities. From 2004 to 2008, Pedro worked at IP, as a member of the investment team. He became a partner in 2006. He was responsible for structuring investment vehicles and Corporate Governance analysis. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Rudge worked at Bradesco-Templeton, where he was a senior analyst focused on telecom and capital goods sectors and was personally involved in evaluating, conducting and divesting several investments of their closed-end fund - F.V.L. From 1996 to 2002, Mr. Rudge worked at Latinvest Asset Management, an emerging market specialist firm, where he had the opportunity to initiate his career as an equity trader and to become one of the portfolio managers. Mr. Rudge has served as a member of the fiscal boards of Empresa Brasileira de Compressores S.A. - Embraco (Brazilian Whirlpool subsidiary), Tele Nordeste Celular Participações S.A. (TIM Nordeste), Trafo Equipamentos Elétricos S.A., Renner Participações S.A. and Globex S.A. Pedro holds a bachelors degree in Economics from Faculdade Candido Mendes.
