Mr. Nick Wollak,

In 2001 Mr. Wollak founded the Axxon Group to manage the Natexis Mercosul Fund with the Natexis Group as anchor investor. Mr. Wollak was a partner in the BISA and TCR funds (Argentina) from 1994 to 2003. Prior to that, he was executive director of InverCapital, a London-based private merchant bank specializing in the acquisition of middle-market companies. Mr. Wollak is a former senior vice-president in the Private Placement department of Drexel Burnham Lambert in London, where he was a senior member of the team responsible for structuring and raising capital for Drexel’s leveraged buy-out activity in Europe. Prior to joining Drexel in 1986, he held various assignments in the Corporate Banking department of Citicorp, in Saudi Arabia, Argentina and Brazil. He is a current and past board member of various companies in different sectors (including retailing, infrastructure, oil and gas, electronic security, etc.). Mr. Wollak received an AB degree, cum laude, from Harvard University and is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
