Carlos is co-head of Quilvest Private Equity investments in Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe. He is also Managing Director of Quilvest Dubai, a Quilvest office that handles investor relationships with regional family offices and institutions as well as Asian Private Equity funds. Prior to joining Quilvest, Carlos was head of Strategic Planning at Audi Saradar Private Bank and General Manager of Saradar Equity, the banks Private Equity arm. Prior to that, Carlos was a management consultant in a career that spanned over 10 years with Booz Allen and Hamilton as well as Mercer Management Consulting in both London and Paris. Carlos started his career at British Aerospace plc, now BAE Systems. Carlos holds an MBA (distinction) from INSEAD and a BSc (Honours) in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College in London. Carlos is married with two children.
