Mr Jay O'Neil,

Jay joined Macquarie Private Bank in August 2011 and heads up the Australian operations, leading its team of Private Bankers based in Sydney and Melbourne.

Prior to joining Macquarie, Jay was the Managing Director of Merrill Lynch, where he managed the firm's flagship Foreign Office in New York. Jay also spent three years with Credit Suisse as a Director and Regional Branch Manager for Private Banking, and prior to this held several senior management and sales positions with Merrill Lynch.

Jay joined the financial services industry in 1994. He is a Certified Financial Planner and has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation.
