Mr Harry Parkinson,

Harry Parkinson is the Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Smith
Barney Australia.
Harry joined Citi Smith Barney in March 2006 and was promoted to the
CEO role in July 2010.
Prior to joining Citi Smith Barney Harry held a succession of executive
positions within financial markets. From 2003 – 2006 he was the Chief
Executive of Australia’s alternative securities exchange NSX Limited.
Before joining NSX, he was the National Manager for Broker Relations
with the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) from 1998 – 2003.
Earlier in his career Harry was Operations Manager for ANZ Securities
for several years and prior to that a Financial Accountant for Prudential
Bache Securities.
