Geoffrey Wilson has had 31 years experience in the Australian and international securities industry. He established Wilson Asset Management (WAM) in 1997, an independently owned boutique investment manager based in Sydney, Australia. The WAM Group is the manager of three listed investment companies with funds under management of approximately $314 million. The group also manages an unlisted fund on behalf of investors. Geoffrey is currently Chairman of WAM Capital Limited, WAM Research Limited, WAM Active Limited, Australian Stockbrokers Foundation and Ascham Foundation Limited. He is a Director of Australian Leaders Fund Limited, Clime Capital Limited, Cadence Capital Limited, Vietnam Fund Limited, Incubator Capital Limited, the Sporting Chance Cancer Foundation, Australian Fund Managers Foundation and Odyssey House McGrath Foundation. He is also a Director of investment management companies Wilson Asset Management (International) Pty Limited, MAM Pty Limited and Boutique Asset Management Pty Limited. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Securities Institute of Australia.
