JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization)

The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) is a government-affiliated organization that works to promote mutual trade and investment between Japan and the rest of the world. Established in 1958, JETRO's core focus in the 21st century is to promote foreign direct investment into Japan and assist Japanese firms to maximise their overseas business potential. Supporting the continuing development of infrastructure, JETRO Sydney has assisted in the realisation of joint cooperation between Australia and Japan in Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects, here and abroad.
