Rob Boulger is the Global Leader for Rail for Laing O'Rourke Australia. He is responsible for the strategic direction and business growth initiatives for Laing O'Rourke Australia's Rail Group. Rob is responsible for the leadership of a business unit with an annual income of approximately $500 million. Current projects include the $1Billion CTW300 contract on the North South Railway in Saudi Arabia and Novo Rail Alliance, the $2 Billion (over five years) project involving the delivery of signalling, electrical, track work and OHW works for RailCorp.
Rob has led teams responsible for major civil and rail infrastructure success stories globally. Prior to joining Laing O'Rourke Australia in 2006, Rob held numerous senior executive positions over a 20-year period with Balfour Beatty Rail (UK), culminating in his nine-year tenure as Managing Director of the company's $500 million rail project business.
