Robert Naso is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Head of Asset Management for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing Asia Pacific. He currently oversees the group’s asset management activities in China, India, Korea, Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore/South-east Asia.
Robert joined Morgan Stanley in 2002 in their New York office, transferred to Hong Kong in 2004, and then to Shanghai in early 2006 and lastly relocated to Singapore in early 2008. Prior to joining the Firm, Robert spent 10 years with Prudential Real Estate Investors in their Parsippany, NJ office. The majority of his time was spent managing US geographically diverse value-add asset portfolio across all basic property types. Responsibilities also included portfolio management on behalf of some of the firm’s separate account clients.
Robert received a BS Accounting from the University of Scranton and an MBA from New York University.
