Jules is Australian Chinese living in China for 12 years, he holds degrees in CM from UNSW Australia, Mandarin from Beijing University and finance from U21. Jules previously co-founded then sold Mailman, a multi-international award winning media company. His next venture was co-founding Space Development & URBN hotels and resorts. Jules has managed all areas of our projects to date including sourcing, investment, design, construction and project management as well as the major key operational management roles. He is also the Shanghai President for the Entrepreneurs Organization. Jules has been an active buyer of real estate in China and Sri Lanka for over 10 years. The latest project under development in the portfolio is a world first, ground breaking, health restoration resort.
