Jason Kern is HSBC's Managing Director & Head of Real Estate Advisory. He is responsible for leading HSBC's investment banking efforts with real estate and lodging companies across Asia Pacific. Jason has been working in investment banks for 18 years, including 10 years in the US, 3 years in Europe and the last 5 years in Asia. He possesses extensive track record of advisory and capital raising transactions for public and private companies across a variety of property sectors and geographies. Jason has closed over 80 transactions totalling over US$35 billion in the property sector.

Jason received an MBA in Finance & Accounting from New York University's Stern School of Business, and a BA Degree in Economics & English Literature from Colgate University.
