Glenda McLoughlin is a Director of Metgasco and is also the Chief Financial Officer. She has been a Director of the Company since Metgasco listed in December 2004.
Prior to joining the company Glenda was an investment banker with Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley specializing in energy and utilities. She has worked in Australia and Asia on energy sector restructurings, privatizations, acquisitions, divestments and financings. During her years working as an investment banker she completed over $8 billion in advisory assignments and financings in the energy sector.
