Jennifer Moreland – Head of Treasury Markets, Group Treasury, Royal Bank of Scotland
(Updated August 5, 2011)
Jennifer Moreland joined RBS at the start of 2010 to run the Markets functions for Group Treasury. This follows a temporary role in 2009, when she joined the bank for a few months to run the Bank’s first significant liability management exercise involving c. £15bn of the hybrid capital portfolio. Her current role includes oversight of the Term Funding, Capital Raising, Cash Management, and Hedging teams. In addition, she manages the Capital Strategy function within Group Treasury, advising senior management on capital optimisation and the market-facing elements of this debate, including trade execution. Previously she had been a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and Global Head of the Capital Products Group, responsible for the structuring, marketing, and execution of all hybrid capital products. Prior to her years at Morgan Stanley, Jennifer held a similar role at Citigroup, both New York and London.
Jennifer graduated from the Wharton School of Business in 1995.
