John Wong,

John Wong is the President of Oberweis Asset Management (Asia) Ltd. He is co-manager of the Oberweis China Opportunities Fund. Prior to joining Oberweis Asset Management in September 2007, John was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco. Prior to that, John was part of the International Small Cap investment team at Founders Asset Management and was also a Portfolio Manager of the CVO Greater China Fund at Offitbank. He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and also holds a Certified Public Accountants (CPA) certificate. John earned an MBA from Stanford University and two BA degrees with high honors from Washington State University. John was born and attended schools in Singapore and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, Hainan and English. John is based in our Hong Kong research office.
