He has excellent insight into equities trading systems having built out systems in several leading firms including UBS, Merrill Lynch and HSBC, where he was the global head of Equities IT. Prior to joining Baikal Mark gained experience of 'market infrastructure' as the COO of SWX Europe (formally Virt-X).
