Tony De Domenico is the Executive Director of UDIA (Vic), a role he has held since 2004. He came to UDIA following a 3 year stint in the Trade Commissioner service based in Milan, Italy.
Prior to this Italian experience, Tony worked as a consultant to a number of multi nationals and spent time in Malaysia, South Africa, France and the UK.
He was elected to the ACT Legislative Assembly in 1992 and became Deputy Chief Minister of the ACT in 1995 Ð he held the portfolio responsibilities for Transport, Public Works, Economic Development, Industrial Relations and Regulatory Reform.
Tony is a Director of the Ardoch Youth Foundation, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a former President of the Canberra Chamber of Commerce.
Tony has also recently been appointed to the Victorian Building Appeals Board.
