Throughout a 30-year career, Peter has contributed to the business development of a diverse range of companies. He has extensive project management experience in the development of highly complex technical projects in the defence and communications industries, including developing and managing electronic tolling and traffic management systems.
Peter is a high-energy motivational leader who is passionate about delivering results in complex technology projects or businesses under challenging circumstances. One who likes challenges and formulating strategies to solve problems and then executing the strategy with a successful profit orientated outcome. Peter is a specialist in operational and project management of large technical complex development teams or businesses, change management, risk management, team building, due diligence, and establishment of greenfield organisations.
Peter is passionate about the use of Intelligent Transport Systems to improve the safety and efficiency of our transport systems and has been a key advocate in the Victorian State Government mandating Electronic Stability Control in all passenger vehicles, 4WD and SUVs by January 2011.
