Mike Jenkins is a General Manager for Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB) Australia–Pacific and has responsibility for Rail and Transport Services. Formerly PB’s Director of Rail for the United Kingdom, Europe and Africa, Mike has extensive experience in program and project management in the railway, metro and highway sectors around the globe.
In his current role, Mike holds key roles on Glenfield Junction Alliance, Cronulla Line Duplication and Melbourne to Brisbane Inland Rail Alignment Study. Prior to this he held key leadership roles on Sydney’s North West Metro and Brisbane’s Inner City Rail Capacity Study.
Before returning to Australia in early 2008, Mike was PB’s Executive Director or Principal in Charge on major schemes such as the West Coast Route Modernisation, Edinburgh Tram, East London Line and London Underground’s Tunnel Cooling Project.
Mike has extensive experience in the delivery of major metro infrastructure projects, culminating in an MBE for
‘Services to the London Underground’ for his role as Senior Supervising Engineering and Station Delivery Manager for Westminster Station on the Jubilee Line Extension.
