Geoff Rayner is a civil engineer with over 35 years experience in major road project delivery including EastLink, CityLink and parts of the Hume Freeway. Geoff was appointed as General Manager, Engineering with LMA (previously known as SEITA) when it was established in 2004 and in 2008, was appointed Chief Operating Officer with the responsibility for the delivery of construction and planning projects allocated to LMA.
