Norman is a Principal with The Nous Group and brings over 33 years management and consulting experience in public and private sector organisations. His career has spanned the domains of transport, government, utilities and telecommunications.
His transport experience has been centred on the development of major road projects in Australia, Europe and North America, principally with Transurban Ltd. He has led the development of technology-based solutions for road management, tolling and congestion-charging, as well as the customer service operations associated with these projects.
Norman provides strategy development and expert review services to operators of new facilities and has recently reviewed the performance of ITS projects in construction and early operation in the U.S. and New Zealand. Norman is a director and has been President of ITS Australia.
