Dr. Alrumaih holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of Colorado, Boulder, U.S.A as well as an MBA from University of Leicester, U.K. He worked in teaching and research for several years. Before joining the private sector he worked in leading positions contributed to strategic business developments. In July of 2008, Dr. Alrumaih joined Saudi Railway Company (SAR) as a Deputy CEO for Operation.
