Mrs. Khasyanova was born in Moscow in 1970. In 1992 she graduated from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Computer Science with a major in Communications Economics and Management. She had internships at Deutsche Telecom , France Telecom and pursued studies in USA , Slovenia and Australia educational institutions, has a Ph.D. in Economics. In 1992 she joined Moskovskiy Mezhdugorodnyy i Mezhdunarodnyy Telefon (Moscow Long-Distance and International Telephone, ММТ) consecutively holding the positions of a marketing expert, Head of Marketing Department, Head of Economics and Marketing Service, Head of Business Development Department. In 2001 she was put in charge of the Marketing Department of Rostelecom General Directorate. In 2002 she was appointed Deputy Commercial Director, and in 2003 - 2005 she was Rostelecom's Deputy General Director and Commercial Director. In April, 2005 Mrs. Khasyanova became Deputy General Director for Commerce of Inter-regional TranzitTelecom (MTT). In MTT she was in charge of the company's marketing strategy implementation with regards to providing services to cellular mobile communications providers, international and Russian communications carriers and the end users. G. Khasyanova was in charge of international and long-distance communications project at MTT in 2006. Mrs. Khasyanova is the winner of Russia's 200 Best Commercial Directors – 2003 rating of The Association of the Managers of Russia (TOP-200), the winner of The 100 Most Professional Careers in Business and Government in 2000-2004, TOP 20 Best Commercial Directors according to The Kommersant newspaper and The Association of the Managers of Russia.
