Dr. Mohamed Jamoussi is in the telecom industry for the last 15 years. Currently, he is serving as a Senior Technical Consultant to ALJAWAL (The Mobile Business Unit of Saudi Telecom - STC). His expertise includes voice & data technologies, IP-based technologies, Next Generation Networks (NGN), Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC), Wireless technologies, Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) business development, etc. Dr. Jamoussi current duties include strategic, management, business and technical consultancies to various STC units, strategic planning and implementation, ICT solutions assessment, investigation of new Telecom/IT technologies towards new business opportunities, project management support, technical due diligence of services development projects, risk assessment, technology knowledge transfer, etc. Prior to joining Saudi Telecom, Dr. Jamoussi worked for academia as a faculty in Canada, Tunisia and Saudi Arabia. He authored / co-authored many technical papers, delivered many presentations & tutorials for various international audiences. Dr. Jamoussi is holding a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Polytechnic School of Montreal (CANADA) and an MBA for Engineering Business Management from Manchester Business School (UK).
