 Mr. Matthieu Coutiere,
Corporate Vice President - Strategy & Development Vivendi Matthieu Coutière graduated as an engineer from Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom Paris, France. He joined the Strategy and Development team of Vivendi in 2006, where he is the Corporate VP in charge of the development projects based on new technologies or disruptive business models.
He previously spent 3 years at the Consulting Firm Mars&Co, where he advised some major technology companies about new short-term and mid-term opportunities.
Earlier, he was appointed CTO and Business Development Manager of Akamai Technologies – Southern Europe, where he set-up operations, and convinced first local customers to use Akamai as Content Delivery Network for both their web site and their videos.
He started his career as CTO of Fileas, a subsidiary of France Telecom and NYSE-Euronext, which broadcasts news feeds and stock exchange data through satellite channels around the world.
